Orders
When you pay, you're making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are on our shipping & returns page. Items are your responsibility once delivered.
Cancellations & returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, as set out on our shipping & returns page. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
